Welcome to use Pangolin proxy IP service! This agreement is between you and the operator of Pangolin proxy IP service (hereinafter referred to as “Pangolin”) regarding your use of Pangolin proxy IP service. Please read and fully understand the entire content of this agreement, especially the bold parts, before using Pangolin proxy IP service. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, or if you cannot accurately understand the terms of this agreement, please do not use Pangolin proxy IP service. If you use Pangolin proxy IP service, it means that you have read and agree to be bound by this agreement.

1 Definitions

1.1 Pangolin proxy IP service: refers to the proxy IP service provided by Pangolin for users, which provides network infrastructure for users’ big data business, including but not limited to IP proxy, residential IP proxy, overseas proxy, etc.

1.2 User: refers to the individual or organization that uses Pangolin proxy IP service.

1.3 Proxy IP: refers to the IP address of the intermediate server provided by Pangolin for network access.

1.4 Proxy fee: refers to the fee that the user needs to pay for using Pangolin proxy IP service, which is subject to the Pangolin official website or the contract signed with the user.

2 User’s commitment to use

2.1 The user shall promise to use Pangolin services legally under the laws of the country where they are located. If there are access restrictions in the country where they are located, Pangolin will comply and will not assist the user to break through the access restrictions.

2.2 The user shall promise to abide by the laws, regulations, departmental rules and national policies of the country where they are located when using Pangolin proxy IP service, and shall not use Pangolin proxy IP service to engage in any illegal or improper activities, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others, or interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of Pangolin proxy IP service.

2.3 The user shall promise to abide by the relevant rules and guidelines of Pangolin when using Pangolin proxy IP service, and shall not abuse or exceed the normal use scope of Pangolin proxy IP service, or maliciously attack or test the performance or security of Pangolin proxy IP service, or disturb the order of Pangolin proxy IP service or affect the normal use of other users.

2.4 The user shall promise to respect Pangolin’s intellectual property rights and trade secrets when using Pangolin proxy IP service, and shall not copy, disseminate, transfer, rent, lend, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise illegally obtain or use Pangolin proxy IP service’s source code, algorithm, technology, data or other information.

3 User’s prohibited behavior

3.1 The user is prohibited from using Pangolin proxy IP service for the following network behaviors, and shall bear all the responsibilities arising therefrom. Pangolin has the right to terminate the user’s use and, if necessary, hand it over to the relevant public security authorities for handling. (All logs of user’s extraction and use of IP will be saved).

3.2 The user is prohibited from using Pangolin to break through or attempt to break through the network firewall or other network supervision measures of the country where they are located, and shall not use Pangolin proxy IP service to access or obtain websites or content that are prohibited or restricted by the country where they are located.

3.3 The user is prohibited from using Pangolin to connect or attempt to connect to IP addresses in mainland China. Pangolin does not support mainland China IP links, and does not make any guarantees or commitments on the availability, stability or security of mainland China IP links.

3.4 The user is prohibited from using Pangolin for any network activities that do not undergo network censorship or rely on technical means to become a channel for obtaining illegal information from abroad or from abroad. Pangolin does not provide VPN services and does not support breaking through any firewall.

3.5 The user is prohibited from using Pangolin to spread email advertisements, spam, electronic advertisements or emails containing or suspected of spreading: viruses, trojans, malicious codes, and attacks on other websites, servers, such as scanning, sniffing, ARP spoofing, DOS, etc.

3.6 The user is prohibited from using Pangolin to disseminate information that violates the regulations of the country where they are located, such as political propaganda or news information, information involving the secrets or security of the country where they are located, feudal superstition or obscene, pornographic or vulgar information or information that incites crime, information that violates the national ethnic and religious policies, or information that impairs the security of the Internet.

3.7 The user is prohibited from using Pangolin for gambling, gambling games, “private servers”, “plug-ins” and other illegal Internet publishing activities.

3.8 The user is prohibited from using Pangolin to disseminate information or content that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others or is detrimental to social order, public security, public morals, or other content that violates laws, regulations, departmental rules or local policies.

3.9 The user is prohibited from using Pangolin for any behavior that damages or attempts to damage network security (including but not limited to phishing, hacking, network fraud, websites or spaces containing or suspected of spreading: viruses, trojans, malicious codes, and attacks on other websites, servers, such as scanning, sniffing, ARP spoofing, DOS, etc.).

4 User’s license or approval requirements

 4.1 If the user needs to obtain the license or approval of the relevant departments of the local country for the business or non-business activities carried out by using Pangolin proxy IP service, the user shall obtain the relevant license or approval. Pangolin does not conduct a second review and does not assume any responsibility for the user’s lack of license or approval.

4.2 The user shall bear the relevant taxes and fees arising from the use of Pangolin proxy IP service by themselves. Pangolin is not responsible for collecting or paying or providing any form of invoice or voucher.

4.3 The user shall bear the risks and responsibilities involved in the use of Pangolin proxy IP service for the third-party websites or platforms. Pangolin is not responsible or liable for the content, service, policy or behavior of the third-party websites or platforms.
