FAQ

What platforms does VOC Insight MCP cover?
Default coverage includes TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, Pinterest, and Trustpilot. Threads and Reddit can be added when needed. It does not support any China-based social media platforms. For Amazon-side consumer and product data, connect Amazon Data MCP to the same agent; for niche-market datasets see Amazon Niche Data API; for Amazon Alexa ranking signals see Amazon Alexa API.
How is the report generated?
VOC Insight MCP first collects data, then generates metrics, post lists, sentiment trends, competitor comparisons, and AI deep-analysis reports from the collected dataset. AI deep analysis happens after collection is complete; it is not part of the collection process itself. The underlying collection shares the scraping pipeline of Amazon Scraper API and Amazon Review API. For search-visibility signals behind AI overviews, pair it with the AI Overview SERP API.
Can I analyze Amazon reviews?
Amazon Reviews is not part of the default social scope. To analyze Amazon reviews, use the full brand onboarding flow with ASINs or Amazon product URLs. This is powered by Amazon Review API.
What are the six report modules?
AI Market Insight, User Voice, Platform Analysis, Competitor Comparison, Risk Alert, and Evidence Center. The Competitor Comparison module pairs with Amazon Data MCP for Amazon-side benchmarking, and Risk Alert with AMZ Data Tracker for ongoing monitoring. The Evidence Center module pairs with the Amazon Product Research Tool to turn findings into custom tables.
Is the data compliant?
The service is intended only for compliant public social-media and review-data analysis for global brands in markets outside mainland China. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules. All data sourcing follows the same compliant public-data standards as Amazon Data MCP.
Which AI agents are supported?
Any MCP-compatible agent, including Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, Windsurf, Codex, Hermes, and OpenClaw. As an MCP server, it works alongside other agent tools such as Amazon Data MCP and the Pangolinfo Amazon Scraper Skill.
