We care about your privacy and have designed this Privacy Policy to help you decide whether to use the Services and to provide all necessary information about our privacy practices.
If applicable to you, by accessing and using the Services, or providing information to us in any other format, you agree to and accept the terms of this Privacy Policy as amended from time to time, and you consent to the collection and use of information in the manner set forth in this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to carefully read this Privacy Policy and refer to it regularly so you can stay informed about it and any subsequent changes made to it. 1What types of information do we collect?
When you use the Services, we collect the following types of data from you (“User Data”):

1.2 Personal Information
Personal information is information that identifies you or could identify you. Personal information we collect and retain includes your IP address, your name and email address, identity documents (driver’s license/ID card/passport), office/home address, screen name, payment and billing information (for details, please refer to our Pricing Information), or other information we may ask for from time to time to meet the requirements of the onboarding process and service provision. When you create an account on the Services, you may do so using your credentials from designated third-party websites or services (“Third-Party Accounts”) (e.g., Gmail®). Doing so will allow you to link your account with the Third-Party Account. If you choose this option, a Third-Party Account pop-up will appear requiring your approval to proceed, which will describe the types of information we will receive. This information includes personal information stored in your Third-Party Account, such as username, email address, profile picture, etc. Any anonymous information linked to personal information is treated as personal information by us.

At all times, we will abide by the terms, conditions, and restrictions of the social network platforms.
If we combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information, we will treat the combined information as Personal Information. We may also collect publicly available personal data from various online sources (“Public Data”), which typically includes basic contact information such as names, emails, and job titles.
2Legal basis for processing

The processing of Public Data is based on our legitimate interests, provided that such interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
3How do we use your information?
We use User Data to provide the Services to you and to comply with our legal requirements and internal guidelines. This means we will use this information to set up your account (so you can smoothly use services like Amazon Scrape API and AI SERP API), provide you with support regarding the Services, communicate with you for updates, marketing offers, or concerns you may encounter, and conduct statistical and analytical research to improve the Services (for technical details, please visit our Official Documentation). We may also transfer or disclose personal information to our subsidiaries and affiliates.
Notwithstanding the above, we do not disclose your IP address to other customers. However, when other customers (such as other peers in the network) use your IP address to access the network, they may be able to see that IP address.
We will share your personal and other information in special cases if we have a good faith belief that it is necessary to:
