2Account Registration & Management

2.1 Account Registration

This disablement may be based on, but not limited to, the following reasons: violation of this Agreement, suspected illegal activities, default on service fees, or other actions we deem potentially harmful to the services or users.

3Service Purchase & Payment

3.1 Product Purchase

Users can select and purchase the required data API products and service packages through our management backend.

3.2 Payment Methods

We support payments via Credit Card and Stripe. You agree to abide by the applicable terms and conditions of the payment service providers.

3.3 Billing Models

You may choose to purchase our services via subscription or pay-as-you-go. For specific billing details, please refer to the pricing page on our website. You understand and agree that all paid service fees are non-refundable, unless expressly stated in this Agreement or otherwise required by law.

3.4 Billing & Invoicing

You agree that we have the right to charge you for the services selected. You authorize us to charge all applicable fees through your payment method. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is always up to date and valid. We are not responsible for any service interruptions or delayed charges resulting from inaccurate or expired payment information.

4Licenses & Restrictions

4.1 Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Pangolinfo or our licensors own all intellectual property rights to the services and website materials (including but not limited to all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code). All such intellectual property rights are subject to this Agreement and protected by copyright, patent, trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights.

4.2 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our services.

4.3 Website Use Restrictions

You may only view, download, and print website pages for your personal use for caching purposes, subject to the restrictions in this Agreement. You must not:

• Republish material from this website (including republication on another website).
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the website.
• Show any material from the website in public.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit material on our website for a commercial purpose.

4.6 Authorized Account Access & Targeted Data Extraction

When you authorize us, or provide us with account information for relevant target platforms (including but not limited to Cookies, Tokens, or login credentials), so that we can provide you with technical solutions to extract specific information designated by you, you expressly understand and agree to the following terms:

• Compliance Liability: We only provide data extraction solutions as a technical service provider. We assume no responsibility for the compliance of acquiring such information, and the relevant compliance assessment and legal liability shall be entirely borne by you (the user).
• Prerequisites & Guarantees: The prerequisite for our provision of this service is the assumption that: you have fully understood and confirmed the ownership of the relevant data, and you have thoroughly read, understood, and accepted the target platform’s relevant User Agreement (Terms of Service) and Privacy Policy.
• Compliance with Platform Rules: You promise and guarantee that your actions of acquiring and using data through our technical solutions will strictly comply with all requirements of the target platform regarding the scope of data acquisition, usage methods, and restrictions.

5Data Privacy & Confidentiality

5.1 Your Data

Any data you collect or upload using our services (hereinafter “Your Data”) remains your property. We will not engage in unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of Your Data, unless expressly permitted by this Agreement or required by law.

5.2 Data Usage

You agree that we have the right to use Your Data (limited to non-personally identifiable aggregated data) for service improvements, analytics, and marketing purposes, but we promise that such usage will not identify you personally or disclose your sensitive information.

5.3 Data Storage & Security

We will employ reasonable physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect Your Data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, you understand and accept that no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure. You acknowledge and agree that we cannot guarantee the absolute security of Your Data during transmission or storage.

5.4 Confidentiality Obligations

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information obtained through the services (including but not limited to our technical information, business plans, and pricing), unless such information is already public or you have obtained our written consent.

5.5 Disclaimer on Cross-Border Data Transfer

Given the global nature of our services, the data you collect, process, or transmit through our services may involve cross-border transfers. You understand and agree that:

• You assume full responsibility for ensuring that any cross-border data transfer complies with applicable laws and regulations;

5.6 Brand Authorization & Promotion

You understand and agree that during and after your use of our services, Pangolinfo has the right to display your company name, brand logo, and partnership in a truthful, accurate, and proper manner on its official website, marketing materials, case studies, investor materials, and other promotional content to identify you as a user of our services.

The above authorization is subject to the following conditions:

• Confidentiality Restrictions: This authorization does not constitute a waiver of the confidentiality obligations under Chapter 5 of this Agreement. Pangolinfo shall not disclose any of your confidential information, business data, or commercial details in any promotional activities;
• Authenticity Requirements: All promotional content involving you must be truthful and objective, and must not exaggerate, misrepresent, or misleadingly describe our cooperative relationship or your business;
• Right of Withdrawal: You may notify Pangolinfo in writing at any time to withdraw this authorization. Pangolinfo shall cease adding related promotional content within a reasonable period (not exceeding thirty (30) business days) upon receipt of the notice.

6Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

6.1 Legal Information

12Notices

All notices issued under this Agreement must be in writing and sent to the contact address or email address provided by the other party upon registration. Notices sent via email shall be deemed delivered at the time of sending, provided no bounce-back message is received. Mailed notices shall be deemed delivered within five (5) business days after being deposited at the designated postal address.

13Reservation of Rights

Any rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Pangolinfo and its licensors.

14Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

The interpretation and execution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pangolinfo regarding the use of the services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements, communications, and proposals.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights or provisions.

15.4 Headings

The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.

15.5 Successors and Assigns

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors, personal representatives, permitted assignees, and assigns. You may not assign this Agreement or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. Any assignment without our consent shall be null and void.
